Verdala Mansions development nears completion

As one of the most anticipated residential developments to hit the market of late, the Verdala Mansions villa residences in Rabat, are quickly drawing near completion.
AX Holdings Chairman Angelo Xuereb told The Malta Financial and Business Times yesterday that dwellings are just a few weeks from completion and the first residents could easily be at home by the end of summer.
The development, which has seen a total investment of over Lm20 million, has been described by Xuereb as his biggest challenge to date.
As can be expected, the residences have been designed to top quality specifications attaining high levels of taste, luxury, style and security Xuereb explains, adding that being built with the highest quality materials, the exclusive residences are designed to offer only the highest calibre end product.
Verdala Mansions’ Sales Consultant Anton Spiteri adds how the quality standards of the common areas match those of the individual residences. "These are very spacious and include wide halls with designed marble flooring, 12 passenger lifts and special designed features," he elaborates.
"Moreover, these residences, which have an area of 230-500 square metres, have open plan sitting and dining areas of approximately 60 square metres."
Mr Spiteri explains how the design and finish of the project are unique to Malta, with each residence boasting a differently designed marble motif thus giving that individuality to each residence.
"The Verdala Mansions are truly a new dimension to the extraordinary lifestyle where luxury, security, privacy, excellent facilities and breathtaking panoramic views are the acknowledged values for modern living.”
Another important benefit is that each property is being sold freehold, and each with a two car lock-up garage included, said Mr Spiteri. "At prices between Lm150,000 and Lm490,000 - approximately Lm1,000 per square meter - The Verdala Mansions are the best there are on the market at the moment in their category," he points out.
The overall benefits of the development are augmented by the leisure facilities offered by the adjacent hotel, which include a large lagoon type pool with a zero horizon level overflowing in the direction of most of Malta’s landscape. Other facilities would include an indoor heated pool and a health spa.
Residents at the luxurious development will be able to watch the sunrise from the comfort of their favourite armchair in the living room, through a six-metre wide terrace door. They will also be able to enjoy a served dinner for 20 persons or even more on large terraces offering a 180 degree magnificent view of Malta both at day and night.
