MSB Valletta company restructuring

In order to meet the growing needs of the business sector, both home and abroad, MSB Valletta Ltd of Lascaris Wharf, Valletta, is putting the final touches to a two-year restructuring exercise. The company has a complement of six surveyors and loss-adjusters with different specialisations including Risk Management and Occupational Health & Safety. This team provides the right mix of local and international knowledge and experience, as well as the practical and technical expertise to ensure that increasing customers' needs can be professionally met.
The latest addition to reinforce the MSBV technical team is David Pike, a Chartered Loss Adjuster with twenty-two years experience in claims and ten years in risk surveying. David, who is also a Chartered Insurance Practitioner and a qualified Associate of the Institute of Risk Management has just joined MSB Valletta as the company's Consultant Loss Adjuster and Risk Surveyor.
The company is also pleased to announce that two of its surveyors have successfully attained professional qualifications. Clinton Cachia has achieved a diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, and Charlot Bartolo has just successfully completed his Chartered Insurance Institute exams and has been confirmed an Associate.
MSB Valletta Ltd. is also currently expanding further into the field of risk management and looking closer at business continuity planning, a service they are keen to develop in Malta to help implement Corporate Governance and also to improve the resilience of Maltese businesses to disasters.
The company - which has an issued share capital of Lm140,000 - has been established for over 25 years. The company caters for smaller clients as well as for the major organisations. MSBV now provides loss adjusting; risk surveys; health and safety consultancy; fire safety consultancy; marine surveys; cargo surveys and claims recovery.
