New online services by HSBC

The number of online facilities available to HSBC Malta customers over the internet continues to grow. Following on from the introduction of a number of new services in late 2005, and with the launch of further new services this month, customers can now apply for a new credit card; a Flexicredit loan; a Flexicredit overdraft; an increase in their personal credit card and / or overdraft limit; and may request an appointment with a Branch Manager / Relationship Manager / Financial Planning Official through the website hsbc.com.mt. More services are also being planned in the near future.
“HSBC’s Internet Banking now handles some 4 million transactions every year. This is a remarkable figure for a service which was only launched two years ago and it shows how convenient and easy it is for our customers to use. We want our customers to have access to the services they need when they want and wherever they may be. That’s why we’ll continue to increase the banking facilities available over the internet,” said HSBC’s Head of Banking Services, Philip Farrugia.
