TemptAsian Restaurant receives top award on first anniversary

The TemptAsian roof top restaurant at The Palace has received one of the top awards during the gala awards night organised by the publishers of the Definitely Good Guide To Restaurants. The award, which comes on the restaurant’s first anniversary of operation, was presented by the Parliamentary Secretary for Tourism, Dr Mario De Marco to Claire Zammit Xuereb, general manager of The Palace and Victoria Hotels.
The Definitely Good Guide To Restaurant awards are based on the highest rated restaurants overall, and in the individual food, service and ambience categories, taking into account the number of people rating them for value for money, comments and other data included in the survey. The survey is carried out by regular diners who eat out at least twice a week.
Speaking about this award Ms Zammit Xuereb said that we are proud to have won such a prestigious award on our first year of operation. We have invested a great extent in this restaurant to ensure that both the food and customer experience are second to none and today we are reaping the rewards of this investment.”
emptAsian offers a new experience in dining and a truly unique location with breathtaking vistas of the sea and Malta in the relaxed ambiance of an Asian setting. This new concept restaurant brings together an exclusive combination of Asian fusion and varied oriental flavours allowing the diners a varied choice of amazing dishes. The extensive menu features an incredibly varied assortment of Japanese, Chinese, Indian, Korean, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Malaysian, Mongolian and Thai dishes. These have all been given an original twist with the restaurant’s very own distinctive touch. The restaurant also offers themed Bali and Malaysian gazeboes for private dinning.
