Melita renews support for Malta Football Awards

For the fourth consecutive year, Melita is supporting the Melita Malta Football Awards. The much-awaited awards are to take place on Tuesday 2 June at the Grand Hotel Excelsior in Floriana.
Throughout the event, different awards will be handed out to those players and coaches who best distinguished themselves in the local football scene. Categories include ‘Best Goalkeeper’, ‘Best Defender’, ‘Best Goal of the Season’, ‘Most Promising Youngster’ and ‘Best Coach’.
“We believe that the Melita Malta Football Awards are an important event in the local sports calendar and we are extremely pleased to extend our support to these awards for the fourth time. Events of this calibre give the local football community an opportunity to reward outstanding individuals who have shown exceptional talent and an outstanding commitment to the sport. Melita is continuously looking for more ways to promote the Maltese sports scene,” said Malcolm Briffa, Melita’s Head of Marketing.
The 8th edition of the Melita Malta Football Awards will be aired live and exclusive on Melita Sports and on the Weather and Information Channel on Tuesday 2 June at 8:30pm, direct from Floriana.

We are living up this commitment by supporting events such as the Melita Malta Football Awards and others.
