Mizzi Organisation bonds reach over-subscription

Mizzi Organisation Finance plc announced that due to overwhelming demand for the €25 million 6.2% Bonds 2016–2019, subscription lists, which opened at 8.30am on Weddnesday had to be closed shortly after due to over-subscription.
Accordingly, the Board of Directors decided to exercise the over-allotment option and increase the amount by an additional €5 million bringing the total bond issue to €30 million.
The allocation policy to be adopted will be announced by not later than Monday November 30.
Bank of Valletta p.l.c. acted as Manager and Registrar while Rizzo Farrugia & Co. (Stockbrokers) Ltd. were Sponsors to the Mizzi Organisation Finance plc bond issue. The auditors and reporting accountants were PricewaterhouseCoopers and Camilleri Preziosi acted as legal counsel.
The Mizzi Organisation thanked all the parties to the issue, all financial intermediaries, but mostly the investors who supported the Issue through their strong display of confidence in the Organisation.
